What is HEC Need Based Scholarship 2026?

1. 100% Tuition Fee: HEC pays directly to the university. You pay 0.

How to Apply - 5 Step Guide 2026

You cannot apply directly on hec.gov.pk. Follow this process:

Step 1: Visit Financial Aid Office

Get the form from your university's FAO. Many also provide an online portal.

Step 2: Prepare Documents

1. Father's Income Certificate
2. Copy of electricity/gas bill
3. Your + Father's CNIC copy
4. Mark sheets from Matric to your last degree
5. Fee challan copy

Step 3: Fill the Form

Write your family's actual income. Providing false information leads to cancellation + penalty.

Step 4: ISAC Interview

The university committee will call you to discuss your financial situation. Be confident.

Step 5: Final Merit List
